Either way it is pretty easy to use, and it saves quite a bit of money. Right now (until Dec 2018) they are giving away super saver stamps for every $10 you spend. Best to download the shaws app to your phone and sign up with your mobile number. You can then clip coupons on the app and when you go in you input your phone number and any savings and coupons will automatically be applied at checkout.
