Worst service ever. Would rate them nothing if I could. Simply wanted mail held a couple days so I could get a check in and pay for a p.o. box as I'm homeless but got an absolutely rude service woman who refused to hold my mail and let's it go wherever...

Most of the time I get my mail. Sometimes they give it to the wrong person, sometimes I get mail that is not mine. They are doing the best they can. Tracking numbers won't help you.

The Post Office exists to deliver junk mail. They often do not deliver packages I order on Amazon, require me to drive to Post office (20miles one way), stand in line to pick them up. They are paid for delivery, of course. I know they do not care about our reviews. Why do they still pretend to work, I wonder?
