Do you mean glasses or gasoline? I believe that anyone can use the optometrist services at Costco, but I'm not positive. You'd need an appointment for an eye exam, but not to order glasses. If you meant gasoline, you have to be a member...and there's no appointment necessary, as long as it's open. (I strongly suspect you meant glasses... so good luck!)
