In the bulk department will I find: Mung dahl, Mung beans, raw buckwheat groats, Amaranth, Garbanzo bean flour, & quinoa?

Most of that they have. If they don't have a particular, just ask if they can carry it!

Yes you can find mung beans and others good for sprouting in the bulk food section. Theres a lot of things in the bulk section and the staff is superb in being friendly and helpful so dont hesitate to ask and if you'll be buying on a regular basis, say monthly, ask if they'll stock some...theyre awesome there!!!
