Ive had the same experience. Assistance to callers doesnt seem to be a priority there.

Recently Wal-Mart has cut back their hours and staffing has been hard on the stores. It's most defanitly not customer service and you should either write a letter to the president or take their online survey. The letter to the president being more affective.
There either busy or they need more organization, maybe more loyal help
