To give more detailed information is what we as guides are supposed to do. This Wal Mart has 5 lines that get used. From 6-10 am there is no designated dept to answer the phone. Or from 7-12 p.m. The calls during other times do get transfered to the department you choose ( or press the 0 ).However; store policy is in person customers get served first.NO calls get priority over in store customers in any department. Pick up has a pager. Customer Service if they have a line of people or if short staffed they take a call when no customer is being waited on. Having said all that, I called and got right through.I called electronics and it took 3 tries and 15 minutes, they had two service reps and 6 customers. I was offered the chance to speak to a Manager if I had problems as well.I found them polite and helpful. You can always press the 0 to get to a person; if it justvrings or busy signal then the 5 lines are in use and keep trying. If you feel you have an issue management said call.
I never get an answer when i call
It would be nice if someone that works at walmart knew how or was taught to use the phone,no one ever answeres.
Usually someone covering the fitting room answers and redirects calls
That's a good question and you would probably have to go in talk to them face to face
