No. There is no place in Lincoln County and it is very much needed here! Most residents living here do not make a living wage, and just trying to survive. Veterinarians are costly, and I see more people who avoid getting their pets spayed/neutered even due to costs/
Call and ask them if they would please discount due to low income and senior. You might also call Newport Human Society as they provide vouchers for such purposes if you qualify it's free. Why a rabies shot? Unless you are traveling or there's been an outbreak in the area, yearly shots are probably more important if pet outside. You can get a vaccination and give the shot from Feed store that will be at the old pitch and put place on 12th and highway 101. They cost about $28.00. Good luck!
How about calling the Mini pet mart in Lincoln.
Check with Cindy at Camp Canines. She frequently hears about clinics to be held in the area. Best I can do.
Not sure on here. This is more for questions about the geographic locations. You could probably call them in the morning to ask them. Mention that you can't afford much / need a Senior Citizen discount.
