Gotta wait until 7 in the morning to return something this makes no sense, if the place is open I should be able to be dealt with but instead theres no customer service available. This is not right my time and resources were just wasted.

That is true, the new policy is more inconvenient as they are a 24 hour operation. I experienced a similar issue @Kelvyn. They should bring back the cashier option for overnights.

Yes like any business everyone has a time for operation. 7-6 is customer service cause the system runs off of bank hours, just like they can't cash checks after a certain time. It use to be if you need to return something after hours there would be a cashier available to deal with the issue, but stores have policies now. It all apart of their process
