Yes, kind of, cabin 14 has a private resteoom adjacent to the cabin. It is equipped with full restroom facilities. The cabin itself does not have running water.
I didnt think any of them have bathrooms or running water have stayed there many times but never in the cabins
I would have to look at a map of the grounds to be positive... But only those cabins designated as "modern cabins" have running water. The "rustic" cabins and the "cottages" do NOT have running water.
