If you have a licience such as a CNA, you should talk to a "worker of the day" to get advice since you need to protect your licience. You don't want to just walk off the job since if the person fell than you could be held liable. Perhaps you are being taken advantage of or you can't handle it alone . A caseworker could help get additional help.
