There are many hotels and resorts in the area, where you may stay during your trip. Please see Trip Advisor or other sites for rates, etc.
The San Diego Zoo and the San Diego Safari Park are not classified as resorts due to no hotels on property, but each cost the same 52$ for an adult 1 day pass and 42$ for a child's(11y/o and under) 1 day pass. And of course there are different discounts and multi day package deals.
I don't consider the Zoo and Safari Parks to be resorts. Are you asking which has lower admission prices?
