We were there from 10am to 5pm moving from one attraction to another at a fairly rapid pace with pauses of between 7-14 minutes and finished seeing everything by 5pm. It helps to take a shuttle bus to get from A to B when possible.

Depends on how quickly you walk and how much time you spend looking at each enclosure. We spent about 6 hours the other day and could have easily gone back for another day to take more time at each animal.
It would be hard to do in one day
This depends on how much time you want to spend observing the animals. You can easily spend an entire day or more exploring, especially if you include special tours. Or you can simply do a guided tour bus, which takes about fifty minutes.
Several hours to see everything, typically only see a portion each visit. A lot of walking is involved.
