Is there a hotel within 2 miles or less? What transportation is offered if your to tired to walk back?

At the Motel 6 and the Kings Inn in hotel circle offer coupons for Uber and Lyft. Other than that I'm not sure about transportation they offer.

Yes there are many hotel options. There are also taxis that wait at the zoo in case you need a ride back.

AirBnb offers abundant close by options as well. Regarding transportation, consider a cab, lyft or Uber as economical options in getting back and forth.
