Is my annual membership expiration date automatically extended by the number of days that the zoo was closed?

Go to Zoomember.org/verify and type in the numbers under the bar code on the back of your membership card. This will give you your new expiration date. If you have any additional questions, you can ask a guest services person or a volunteer when you come and visit (or call guest services prior to your visit -- but please be patient as they may be getting a lot of calls). I'm a volunteer but a member as well. My membership was extended.

They are extending memberships for the time closed if you had membership prior to the closure as of 3/16/20. Info can be found on the website. Does says this is automatically done and can go to zoomember.org/verify to confirm. This does not include any upcoming closure due to the governors new request to close
