Just call and you can purchase ticket and they will take care of everything
Yes for both parks go to the website make an account and log in. Than go to member reservations. Pretty easy you can do it.

For either park you can go online and make reservations, the website asks if you want to buy tickets which you can do; there is a link or if you already have your tickets / membership you can just do your reservations.
For the safari park, yes. For the San diego zoo you dont have to make a reservation but they suggest you do cause they sell out some days. Download the sandiego zoo app (its the green icon one) and you can make the reservation through there.
