Can you get into the water and can the dogs get into the water also?

The lake isn't really part of the park. Separate entities.

I've only been to the park area. I did see the lake and boats and sign for fishing area. My advice would be to call.

You are not allowed to swim in the lake. Lake opens on Wednesday and weekends for boating
