There are no customer service signs. There is not an email address to send issues to. What do I do when the vacuum does not have suction? The second vacuum in from the street side is not working properly.

I called with a question in late afternoon and left message. I got a call back within 5 minutes and an answer to my question. Yes they can run a 1 ton dually pickup through their washer. Yahoo!!!
