Can you get to Walupt Lake Campground with a regular clearance, non 4wd/awd vehicle? (I have a Honda fit and am wondering if it can make it!)

You will make it easily either way you go. Many people take cars up the road.

You can go either way, out of Randle or packwood in just about any vehicle.

Yes. If you go there via the 23 road out of Randle, there is only about 6 miles of very smooth gravel. The rest of the way is paved.
