Does anyone know if there are bike rentals for sure here at Lake Miramar? I call the concessions number but there is never an answer.

Yes. They do rent bikes. They're open until. 5:00pm. It's an awesome time. Keep your camera phone on the ready. Nice views and wildlife. I hope this helps.
