Is the trail still a loop? I heard the gate has been closed before the dam, but wanted to double check.

Gate closes from 8pm to 530 am

Loop is open and the gate closing time varies per season, during summer they keep it open longer and close sooner during winter.

The gate is only closed after sunset (which is about 7-8 now) the loop is still open
