It's not bad at all even for a beginner. It's not a extremely long trail and if by the chance you'll get tired you can stop at any time to take a little rest. Having fun it's the most important thing.
Quite easy.
It's easy. It is a 5mile ride around. No big hills or anything. Very minimal vehicle traffic but alot of walkers. The view is amazing.
