How do we join and do you have to be a member to come to the bar?

The bar is not open to the public but if you have a friend that is a member you are welcome to come to the bar with him/her (just sign the guest book). To become a member, stop by after 2pm (use the doorbell to have the door open) on open days and ask someone at the bar for a membership form. If you don't have someone who is already a member to sponsor you on your application, the Exulted Ruler will.
