Hilton Garden Inn Corning Downtown

I had a friend stay at the Corning Hilton Garden recently. She left the morning of July 22 and left my umbrella, which I had loaned her, at the reception desk. with my name on it. My husband stopped early on the morning of July 22 but the receptionist didn't find it. I went back at 12:15pm to ask for my umbrella. The receptionists CAMDEN AND DANIELLE also couldn't find it. I was upset. I recited to them a recent incident at another hotel in town in which I had left a welcome bag to be put in a relative's room who expected to arrive in the middle of the night. They never found the bag, were not truthful and furnished my relative with another complete bag and flower, completely different. and full of bags of chips and chocolates, things that were not in the first bag!! That ruined my trust for that hotel. But Danielle and CAmden were very gracious and did not give up looking for my umbrella. After have twice checked, Danielle went into the area of storage and finally found it, kind of under the edge of a box, or something like that. She had even went up stairs to another floor to see the house keeper. I really appreciated their good service to me and plan to take some meals at the hotel. I will recommend it to other people as well. They are very gracious and kind employees. Camden took the time to hear my whole story about the other hotel.

Really clean and nicely designed hotel in downtown Corning yet our room had a view of river. I couldn't be more conveniently located to the Corning museum of Glass which was just two blocks away. Many great restaurants exist in the area. If you're thinking Corning is too far away don't because the museum is a full day and the surrounding area is pretty to drive in

Awesome place! Quiet and close to restaurants and entertainment. It’s my bf birthday and requested a quiet room for it and not only did I get this, they got him a birthday card and a gift bag full of goodie’s! So amazing and unexpected love they went above and beyond! Thank You! Clean room comfy beds(they are firm). Definitely will come here again if I am ever in the area! It’s the first night of the two days here and usually I wouldn’t leave a review this early but it’s spectacular. Edit; super quiet all weekend loved it! Thanks to the bartender who stuck around to give us a few birthday drinks we so needed them!

I really liked this Hilton. The staff was professional and friendly. I had called ahead to get some information and they were so very helpful. I was lucky enough to get rooms with a pretty view. There's plenty of parking and a short walk to the Corning Museum.
