If you can donate from either arm wait til the bruise in the ac area is yellow. If you have a bruise in both arms then you will have to wait until one is completely gone. The bruise has to be a certain color and size and has to be seen by nurse. If you can donate only from one arm then you will have to wait until it is completely gone in order to donate.
