My Man and I have being going to the center in Vancouver for 3plus years now. Always something going on but they are only human. Where ever you go there will be drama ect... These people work hard and do a great job! I personally feel you get treated how you treat them. Feel disrespected maybe look at your actions and change that. Its free money for few hours of your time dont be so petty and put down the employees who are doing their jobs best they can. Your complaint about something you volunteer for is just about as lame as it gets. Be better than that....
These guys feel very comfortable with eachother and what they are doing. But... I totally agree with you though. Whenever I've had someone directly working with me they have always been nice and respectful. But I overhear a lot of nonsense. Drama that you would see as a freshman in h.s There is an option on the my rewards site, where you can give certain employees points for.doing good. You can also go on there and leave comments I do believe. In this environment there should be a standard of being professional, but these guys are just phlebotomists.. If you feel offended in any way I suggest talking to a member of management... You can always ask for a different phlebotomist if you dont feel comfortable with the one who you end up with.
I've always had the best experience with all of the employees here. I've been going for 2 years, going on 3.
