Rides in kiddie land you will not be able to ride along with him with the execption of the tea cups and turtles. Everything in main park, as long as he meets the height requirement you will be able to ride with him. Most rides require an adult to ride under a certain height. There are some rides though he will be too small to ride. You can always visit guest services with any height questions or anything others you may have.
It depends on which ride. Some you can, others you cannot. You may want to have pre measured at guest services. We've found the some of the ride attendants like to break kids hearts by telling them they're too small even when they are not.
