Depends on what you want. It does help to call ahead to make sure someone is there to fit a bra or measure you for support hose. But they do take appts if you don't want to take the chance of waiting.
If you need a fitting I would call to see if they are busy. You definitely need an appointment for custom garments.
You can walk in with no problem
I agree with Kate. Still a great store to shop in. I think you will be happy you went there.
I've never needed an appointment, but you might call and ask if you have a particular need.
