If I have my travel trailer up on blocks--because we won't be traveling with it anymore--do I need to pay registeration on it when it's due next year?

Not the full amound, but I think you need to let the DMV know it is a non-opperable vehicle

no you do not have to buy tags for it if it's going to be on blocks and not being used to travel with but it will have to be in your name.
