Am I the only person that has Brighton bags of cans and bottles to clink and have not gotten the full refund? I called today to find out why and how this is happening and the man was so rude over the phone

A few weeks ago I dropped off 2 bags and was only credited for one. I called them and the girl took all the info then credited my acct. for the same amount that was in the other bag. Now I'm wondering how many people are just assuming every bag gets counted and goes into their acct.

The same thing happened to me a few times. I don't appreciate getting ripped off either. I count my bottles and haven't gotten the correct amount of money I should have gotten. I'm not going to do this anymore. I pay the bottle fee and I want it back.
