I don't know that even the biggest ship can hold 30 people. We had 28 on the Mercantile (23 passengers and 5 crew) and it was very tight with the only extra beds being in the galley itself. Children under 13 aren't allowed, unless it's a private group and even then, I don't think they go as young as 3, but you'd have to double check with them.
