For the Kip Moore show May 10th are there actual seats at the orchestra level or is it standing room??

The lower level has a standing section up front near the stage. The back has seating, under the balcony. Additional seating up in the balcony. Not sure if Kip Moore would be an exception, but the general seating arrangement is standing room only near the stage.

There are a lot of seating down on the floor but I think the very front is standing, I've never seen seats there
