You should call to check your local store, I have seen Fleischmann's fresh yeast in . 6-ounce cubes, so it equals one packet of dry yeast, whereas Red Star sells it in 2-ounce blocks. Both could be available!

I'm not sure but if it's a Health food I'm sure they do.
