As long it's a valid purchase, you just bring in the merchandise and tell them when and where you purchased it, they're pretty good at refunding without a receipt. No promises made though! I had purchased a pressure washer earlier in the day and the hose snapped - they let me pick up another hose though I didn't have a receipt.
When you return a product they will ask you how you payed. They will then return that amount of money to the form of payment. If by chance you don't have a card to return payment to then they will issue a store credit but it will not be a full refund they will issue the lowest price that it has been sold at in the store. This is a fair practice ..they could refuse a refund but they choose the higher road..as many other companies don't.
What if I don't have card anymore ?
All you need is to inform them if you payed in cash or with a credit card. If you used a credit card they will swipe it and your purchase will show up and then you will get a refund.
