Do you do medical cards if so how much and what is needed to obatain one?

So i am good to walkin in visting out of state from New Jersey Medical marijuana program Valid Card and I.D. ? I ASKED my mmp doc and he said it is not necessary for reccomendation as of July 12th. Is this true for New Jersey patients in the mmp to visit CuraLeaf Maine? That is also my disoensary on my program.
