Very very rude customer service. I ordered flowers for a family member whose husband had passed and while we are all grieving I had to deal with multiple incredibly rude calls from the florist. Then, when the flowers were delivered they got knocked over and they just left them like that. Not to mention that the flowers didn't even look nice or like the picture. This is the last thing anyone who is grieving wants to deal with. Don't waste your time or money.

Great place ...Beautiful flowers! My husband had ordered me 2 dozen of long stemed red roses (1 being yellow with red edgeing) and vase for Valentine's day. They are beautiful!!!! Enjoying their beauty! So fresh and they have slowly opened up. I would highly suggest for everyone to get their flowers at Ann's Flower shop, trust me the flower"s will and can brighten your gloomy or not so gloomy days!!!!
