Not on the sandy beach, but over where the rocks are by pier that goes out to the ferry. There are signs.
No however there are places you can go with your furry friend just follow the signs they have and you will have a great time together

There is another beach the other side of Mcclaughlins I'm not sure if they let dogs there or not
