When I called to cancel because someone in our party has Covid they are saying the will keep our deposit $184.12, when I voiced my outrage because I am trying to keep their staff and guests safe she said regardless of the reason for canceling it is within a week of the reservation end of story. She is even willing to allow us to keep our reservation and endanger her guests and staff than to refund us. Bad business practices, and not safe guidelines at all during a pandemic for sure! I guess it would have been acceptable if when I called to deal with you directly and made my reservation within less than a week you had stated your policy AT THAT TIME. Something along the lines of “You should know that if we make this reservation this close to the arrival date the cancellation policy is …” but since nothing was said it feels very intentional to steal money from small business people like ME.

We were just looking for a place to stay with a separate room for the kids. Glenmor has far exceeded my expectations. The suite was perfect. Spacious, clean, and quaint. We had a view of the water. The kids loved swimming and walking down to the beach. Breakfast was so good and they delivered it right to our patio. They have plenty of activities and are centrally located to a lot of little towns. The pictures don’t do it any justice! We definitely want to return sometime! Hospitality and service has been amazing!

If your reason for looking for a place is to have a great cozy cottage that is clean, comfortable and have a fantastic view, look no further. This place is exactly as you'd imagine a great vacation by the sea would be. The reception staff is super friendly and welcoming, you can buy wine up at the check in place, and the breakfast is fantastic. I am happy to return to this wonderful gem.

Absolutely beautiful, loved our stay! The breakfast is so good, you can tell they try to change it up daily. We will definitely be coming back! It’s located right in the middle of everything, but I think my favorite part was how comfy the bed was!!
