My employees and I feel nausea because of the odor from a restaurant next door, which I believe is because their hood system does not big or powerful enough to pull all grease fume out of cooking. Is it a violation of health code they need to fix?

Im not sure that is a health code violation its more of a fire code issue. They could also have a small gas leak. I would talk to tue restaurant owner first and let them know. Often times they are just busy and dont notice
