Brandon (the manager) at the Corvallis, OR location charged me for renting the car for 4 days total when I had the rental for exactly 24 hours. My total was supposed to be $68, I was charged $265. When I questioned him (multiple times) he gave me MULTIPLE excuses as to why I was charged $265. HORRIBLE experience. He then told me he put in a request for a refund and when I finally got ahold of higher authorities they told me they had no history of a request for a refund. Will never go here again unless Brandon does not work there.

WOW! Mike at Budget is the BEST! My rented a car at the Portland Airport for 6 days through Costco, and then decided to extend her stay with us. She the 800 number and was quoted an outrageous rate to keep it for 3 more days. I called our local budget office, and Mike worked to extend the contract and keep the rental amount to a very reasonable amount. THANK YOU, MIKE!!

I have rented here for about 3 years. This office has been reliable and honest. The customer service personnel have always been polite and informative. My credit card charges have always been correct. The cars absolutely immaculate and filled with fuel when I take them out. The single problem is with the Budget website itself. Accounts go missing, reservations sometimes don't make it, and the customer service personnel at the office do not have the time or inclination to train in utilizing it or explaining it. If you use the website to reserve, you run the chance of not having a car when you need it. If you get extras through your account, you run the risk of it vanishing even if you have rented a car six months previous. A phone call or a visit to to the office to reserve a car is preferable.
