Hi Cheryl. We offered to have your husband come in and have the salon owner look at the haircut and we even scheduled him an appointment after speaking with you. He did come in about 45 minutes before that scheduled appointment and Refused to have the owner look at it or try to satisfy him by recutting it. We take pride in our work and would have liked to have had the opportunity to please your husband and you. I would like to add that your money was refunded and you and your husband seemed satisfied when you left at that resolution to the problem. We deeply regret that you were not pleased.
Call them and tell them..they cant fix what they dont know about..just saying..I always love the work I get done at peoples..but if I didnt I would express that to my stylist and she would be mors than willing to do what it takes to correct it and make sure I'm completely happy
