That's a manufacturing problem, not walmart. Contact company on the box.
They should take the return and give u a new one so u are able to use the product they sold to u
These things happen sometimes. Welcome to life! If you just purchased the merchandise from Walmart recently then simply go get a refund. Walmart has a pretty decent return policy. If you've had the product for quite some time and are just now complaining about broken parts then that's probably just gonna be a bummer for you. Good luck!
Don't know what to tell you! I don't work the store. Suggestion is to Google the store contact. Write the number down and call the store. If you can repair it ask for a discount. If not able to repair the item. Then don't purchase the item.
