The best thing about my shopping experience was the staff! They were friendly and smiling the whole time. In retail it was probably fake but still was nice to see. Lol The store really needed a good recovery as stuff was all over but that being said I was able to find what I was looking for. Lots of Holiday decorations to also choose from. Take a trip in and I think you'll be pleasantly surprised at how much they have.

The store itself is a bit unorganized to be honest, but my review is based upon the customer service I observed. Today I was at the Palmyra location and an older man was complaining to an employee that he bought a stapler a couple weeks ago and it was "the second time he had returned to get staples for it"- to no avail clearly. He was getting louder and more rude by the second feeling that they shouldn't sell staplers if they didn't sell staples....(over staples, folks...) The employee apologized and explained she understands his frustration, but that they just had a back to school rush. She asked another associate to cover the register so she could check out back to see if some were there, just not pushed yet. She was unsuccessful. She then asked the associates to check the office to hopefully provide him their personal/store stock. They didn't have any either. She then took it upon herself, without being asked, and unbeknownst to the man, to run across the way to Walmart to purchase this man staples to rectify the situation... It's just The Dollar Tree, the man clearly could have done the same for himself, and not had been so rude. She could have recommended a close alternative, but instead she did it for him without being asked. Way to go, Ladies. Exceptional customer service when it was least expected!!

They weren't lying when saying everything was a Dollar, now I will admit with it being a Dollar Store everything isn't exactly high quality products. Some thing's will probably break. Mainly just kids products, some food, cleaning products, some clothing, dishware, snacks such as chips & candy. Not much to really choose from, however customer service isn't bad. It's nice and cool (not hot) in this Dollar Tree. Unfortunately, there is no public restrooms. I believe they sell Pet products here for dogs & cats when it comes to food, but I don't exactly remember because its been a month or two sense I've been. I'm pretty sure they sell school supplies here as well during the season.
