If weather permits, our outside seating is open and it's dog friendly. We recommend you call in advance if you want to come and take advantage of our outside seating to make sure it's set up.
No I was just there a couple days ago, and I didn't see any outdoor seating.
They do have outdoor seating! I visited there last Wednesday and it was amazing. Not sure about the dog policy but it's Portland so chances are pretty high.
