If you buy new,the arch will probably not be what your looking for . Re.arch to maintain value in o.e. spring. Just saying. Most of the aftermarket springs are junk.

It really depends on the condition of the steel and what you're trying to accomplish. If it's been garaged for the most part and you're trying to preserve the OEM, in that case, re-arching makes sense. If it's more like somewhat of a daily driver and you want something that's going to last a long time while maintaining height and ride quality then I would recommend replacement.
