Do you need a vaccine card to eat in the restaurant?

Hello, Thanks so much for your email. Guests will need to show proof of full vaccination or a negative Covid 19 test result taken within 72 hours in order to dine indoors at our Federal Way location. Our Team Members are also following county mandated regulations, for their safety and yours. Note that children under the age of 12 years old are exempt.
