We started to use Janice’s Critter Care when we moved to Federal Way in 2019 to care for our cat. The peace of mind that her team provides while we are away is most wonderful. Her communication, responsive, and loving care she provides is beyond amazing. This past December we went away when a snow storm arrived and she kept us in the loop on conditions and still made it to see our diabetic cat. Even when the road wasn’t plowed and had to walk to get down to her house, she still made our cat and his health a priority. We are beyond grateful for her dedicated care and services. I highly recommend Janice’s service!!

They have excellent knowledge about animals and they are genuinely good people. We would not trust our dog with anyone else. Janice is extremely reliable, always willing to work with my requests.we had to be gone for a week, I had 4 cats, (one diabetic requiring shots in am/pm) and an aquatic turtle. I had notes on everyday, they were willing to continue services if needed. The cost of the service very reasonable. I would highly recommend Janice’s Critter Care! I trust them and wouldn’t ever use anyone else!!
