If you have.receipts and or OR ID as my rig is registered in WA but I show them all the time my OR ID and I don't go a lot tho so idk if they have issues with it as I have no issue with my ID
It's illegal to take Washington cans if he could deposit on them but you could go to the recycling center and scrap the metal and take the money and donate it if you like
