Worst experience here. Caked and set up an appointment over the phone on a Wednesday seeing as we would be in town the weekend. Was told to email what we wanted, to Colby. And that we would be seen on separate days. So after getting into town I call to confirm and was told that we don't have reservations and no one even emailed me back about this. Was given the numbers of two other shops and that next time we're in town look them up and they'll set us up. Nope! Found another artist in Vancouver at Forever Tatto (Alex) got a great tattoo and even met an artist from Black Ink. So glad you guys had poor customer service.

Had my 3rd tattoo done by Eric recently. My first two were done over a decade ago when he worked at other shops and now I followed him to Infinity. Not much needs to be said about Eric's skill, one only needs to look at his portfolio as it more than speaks volumes. Eric is also an awesome dude and is very professional. I've never felt uncomfortable with Eric or his suggestions about the tattoos I've gotten. As with any super talented artist, he's pretty booked but definitely worth the wait for anything you're serious about having permanently placed on your body. As for Infinity, it is super clean and has a nice laid back vibe. Will be back for sure.
