Yes. You buy the green bags and the stickers. Then you fill the bags up with your stickers on them and tossed them into the bottle drop door which will be somewhere on the outside of the building. I have found that I can have the cash show up on my account within a few hours. Several stores have a bottle drop kiosk machine in side. You can use your key card how to retrieve money from your bottle drop account and use it at the store. The really cool thing is many stores will give you 20% more to spend in their store. This includes Fred Meyers and. Safeway. Some stores have limits for example roths will only let you withdrawal 20 from your account there for giving you $24 to spend in the store. Costco has a kiosk but does not offer the extra 20%

You purchase the bags, i think a buck or two for 10, and leave them at drop locations. They charge I believe 25 cents per bag to count them and then 24 to 48 hours it shows up on a card you can redeem at many stores.

It is a green bag. You can take up to two a day use your key chain card and drop in the door...a week or so later it goes on your account and you can go to a kiosk at fred meyer or the bottle drop or other stores that have the kiosk
