If you are FROM a different country but live in Corvallis you may be able to get help. Vocational Rehabilitation (Suite #120) is for people with disabilities who need help to get or keep a job. You must be legally able to work in the US for VR to help you. There are other DHS service programs in other parts of the building. They all have their own rules. But all require you to be in Corvallis.
